Central Districts Field Days, is a unique agricultural event that attracts over 26,000 people each March for three days, to friendly Feilding in the Manawatu where they connect, discover and experience the future of New Zealand’s primary industries.

Cridge Seeds is situated in Doyleston, Canterbury. 50km south of Christchurch near the Rakaia River - famous for its Salmon fishing and Jet Boating. Stuart Cridge who has now passed, formed a company in 1982. Cridge Seeds Ltd had already been a long established business.
Julie Cridge is Business Manager and was bought up in a local farming area and has been involved with the company for over 26 years. Son Nick (Manager) has been since a young age and specialises in seed cleaning, operations and sales. Both are happy to help out with any seed requirements or assist in sowing suggestions for your area.
First hand knowledge from visiting farms Overseas, throughout NZ, field days in North and South Islands and continued support have shown the effect Cridge Seeds has generated.
They grow and sell their own brand of rye grass seed, but are more than competitive in sourcing and supplying all proprietary and common seed to be sown alone, or in mixes to suit all farming requirements. Clover , brassicas, cocksfoot, plantain, oats, peas and wheat are available. Seed is delivered nationwide within 5 days approximately, of ordering. They hope to dispatch next day. Specialist seed cleaning is managed at Cridge Seeds, along with purity and Germination tests on request.
